Right now, we’re looking for a Client Account Manager, to join our team and help us grow, but…

We are looking for an experienced “A” player who has a proven track record of excellence at a high level who has a passion for speed and execution.

Put simply, this is NOT a typical real estate job.

THE CLIENT ACCOUNT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES 

At Dashdot, we owe our success to our ability to source and secure the best performing properties in the market, deliver a 5-star service to our clients, and execute on these standards in a highly efficient manner.

Reporting to the Operations Manager and working closely with the  Property Acquisition Manager, you will be the “Friendly Warrior” – The friendly go-to person when the client needs help, who is also passionately fighting for their success at every step.

In addition, you will

  • Liaise between the clients and third parties, such as conveyancers, property managers, mortgage brokers, and more.
  • Ensure that all clients are quickly onboarded and given some “quick wins” to help establish the relationship in the right way.
  • Understand clients’ goals, and what success looks like to them, so you can ensure that they are moving towards their goals and winning along the way.
  • Diligently track and monitor each stage of the client journey to ensure that the client has the information they need to progress to the next step of the process.
  • Champion of our company values, and ensure that at every stage, the client’s best interests are put first. Manage budgets effectively and ensure that the business is managed in a fiscally responsible manner.
  • Convert clients into evangelists, and ensuring that not only are they repeat clients but that they refer other clients like them.
  • Create and distribute helpful documents and guides to clients so they can understand complex processes in the easiest way.
  • Proactively identify potential issues before they arise and notify the relevant parties to help avoid obstacles.
  • Maintain accurate, up to date records and client account information via our CRM tools which include, but are not limited to, Slack, SMS, Email, Google Suite, and Phone

Given the nature of this key role, you will be required to be available and accessible outside of standard office hours.YOUR SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in property investing or have an interest and a desire to learn.
  • Sound understanding of unique contract conditions regarding property purchase.
  • Demonstrated experience in project or account management.
  • Ability to develop long-lasting and sustainable relationships.
